Terms of stay

The rules of the house, written by the people who mop the pool deck.

Bookings

A room request isn’t a booking until we confirm it by email. Rates are per room per night, taxes included, and shown in US dollars.

Cancellations

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we charge the first night. Group buyouts have their own terms, which we’ll send with your quote.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is at 1pm. Guests must be 21 or older to book. Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am, though the pool stays open till midnight.

Pets

Dogs are welcome and stay free, two per room. Please don’t leave them alone in the room, and keep them off the beds we didn’t give them.

Damage and house rules

Treat the place like a friend’s very cool aunt’s house. We’ll charge for real damage, not for sand, records played too loud or a little glitter.
