The short version: we only collect what we need to look after you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a room, sign up for postcards by email or send a group enquiry, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, dates, and anything you add in the notes. When you stay, we keep the basics we need to check you in.

How we use it

To answer your request, run your stay and, if you asked for it, send one email a month. We never sell your details and we don’t share them except with the services that help us run the motel, like our booking and email tools.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We don’t run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@sundaymo.co.
